Information we may process
- Information you include when you email us, such as your name, email address, website URL and message.
- Your email address, confirmation status and consent timestamps when you voluntarily request product updates.
- Technical server logs, which may include an IP address, browser information, requested page and timestamp.
We use this information to answer enquiries, deliver requested updates, provide support, maintain security and operate the website. We do not sell personal information.
Downloads and email updates
Bold Download Insights stores download totals aggregated by date, file and optional source label. It does not store IP addresses, cookies, visitor identifiers or user-agent strings in its download statistics. If you choose to receive updates, the download starts before the optional form appears. Your address remains pending until you confirm it by email, and every confirmed subscription can be cancelled through its personal unsubscribe link. Unconfirmed subscriptions are removed automatically after 30 days.
Bold Front Desk data
Bold Front Desk Lite reads booking information inside your own WordPress installation. It does not transmit guest records, booking details or credentials to Bold Plugins and it does not use a separate Bold Plugins account or database.
Cookies and external services
The public website does not use advertising or behavioural tracking cookies. WordPress may use essential cookies for administrators and other signed-in users. The theme stores and serves its typefaces locally, so loading a page does not contact an external font service.
Sharing and retention
Information may be processed by service providers that host the website or deliver email. We keep confirmed subscriptions until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them, and keep contact messages and technical records only as long as reasonably necessary for support, security, legal or administrative purposes.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. You may also contact your local data protection authority.
